Shipping Policy Terms

At Zofanso, we're committed to delivering your favourite products, meals with care, speed, and reliability. Whether it's a quick bite or essential groceries, we ensure that every order reaches your doorstep fresh and on time. Our shipping policy outlines the process, timelines, and expectations so that you always stay informed and satisfied.

Our Zofanso by Safemaxx Deliv Shipping policy are below,

1. Delivery Areas :

  • Service Area: Zofanso by Safemaxx Deliv is putting efforts to make the services reliable and smooth for the customers, we are trying to expand the services in other zones. Unfortunately, if your address is not within our service area, we cannot fulfil your order.

  • Delivery Time Windows: Delivery times may vary based on your location and order volume from the restaurant to the customer’s location.

2. Delivery Fees :

  • Standard Delivery Fee: A standard delivery fee would be applicable on orders as per the location it auto calculated by the Geolocation and applies to all orders.

  • Minimum Order Amount: A minimum order must be applicable as per restaurant instructions shared with us.

  • Delivery Fee Adjustments: Delivery fees may vary based on distance or peak hours. Any additional fees will be communicated at checkout on the basis of distance, in case the wrong location is selected by Customers.

3. Order Processing and Delivery Time :

  • Order Preparation Time: There must be an order preparation time allotted to the restaurants and they have to prepare food items within the time frame provided.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Zofanso App by Safemaxx Deliv has its Estimated Delivery time i.e. 40-60 Minutes if there is no obstacle arises, Once your order is prepared, the estimated delivery time depends on the location shared by the customers. There may be a delay in case of traffic or weather conditions.

  • Tracking: You can track your order in real time in the User app. Notifications will be sent to update you on the status of your delivery.

 

4. Schedule Your Delivery for (Schedule your Order)

  • After completing the ordering list, you’ll be prompted to choose a delivery time.

  • Available Time Slots: The Zofanso App usually offers multiple time slots based on the delivery area, such as same-day delivery, next-day delivery, or even specific time slots for convenience (e.g., morning, afternoon, or evening windows).

  • You can select the time that works best for you and ensure you’ll be home to receive the order.

5. Delivery Handling :

  • Delivery Instructions: The Zofanso App by Safemaxx Deliv provided clear delivery instructions and ensured that someone was available to accept the order at the specified delivery address.

  • Contact: In case, any issues arise in the delivery, the Zofanso Delivery partner shall contact you on the customer's mobile number shared in the order.

6. Order Issues and Refunds :

  • Missing or Incorrect Items: If your order is missing items or incorrect, please contact Zofanso or Safemaxx Deliv customer support immediately before receiving your delivery package. We will address the issue promptly.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the nature of the issue. Your refund will be processed within 4 to 5 business working days. Please allow this time for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider, refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information in Refund Policy under Terms and Conditions.

7. Special Delivery Requests :

  • Accessibility Needs: If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

8. Changes and Cancellations :

  • Order Changes: Once an order is placed, changes can only be made if the preparation has not started. Contact us immediately to the customer support team to request changes in Order.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 3 Minutes of placing the order in case the time frame is over then please contact to customer support team for Cancellation or refund if already paid.

  • In Case, cancellations may not be possible due to food in preparation or an Order is on the way, the customer denies an order to receive then appropriate action would be taken against the Order ID and & the customer.

  • Zofanso by Safemaxx Deliv continuously tries its best to reduce Food waste and make food for feed.

9.  Weather and Other Disruptions :

  • Weather Conditions: During severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, earthquakes etc, delivery times may be affected. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery but be aware that delays may occur.

Service Disruptions: In the event of unexpected disruptions (e.g., road closures, emergencies and other unexpected incidents), we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated delivery information.
