Once services such as advertisement creation, campaign setup, or account setup (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) have been completed or initiated, no refunds will be provided.
2. Pre-Service Cancellation
If a client cancels the service before any work has started, a full or partial refund may be considered after deducting any administrative or consultation charges.
3. Partial Work Completion
If a project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, the client will be charged for the work completed up to that point. Any remaining amount may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Third-Party Costs
All third-party expenses including ad spend, platform fees, software tools, or any external services are strictly non-refundable.
5. Performance Disclaimer
Marketing and advertising results may vary based on multiple factors. We do not guarantee specific results; therefore, refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
