1. Services
We provide digital marketing, advertising, branding, and related services as agreed upon with clients.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely approvals, and all required materials to ensure smooth execution of projects and campaigns.

3. Payments
All services are chargeable as per the agreed quotation or contract. Payments must be made on time. Delay in payment may result in pause or delay of services.

4. Ads Creation & Account Setup
Once advertisement creatives are developed and advertising accounts (such as Meta/Google Ads) are set up, the service will be considered initiated and delivered.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refund will be provided after ads creation and account setup are completed.

• If a project is cancelled before work has started, a partial refund may be considered.

• If work has started but is not completed, charges will apply based on the work done.

• Any third-party charges (ad spend, platform fees, tools, etc.) are non-refundable.

6. Revisions & Delivery
We provide limited revisions based on the agreed scope. Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may incur extra charges.

7. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables will be transferred to the client only after full payment is received. Until then, ownership remains with Zofanso Media & Marketing.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep sensitive business information confidential and not disclose it without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
Zofanso Media & Marketing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or ad performance.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Any completed or ongoing work must be paid for.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
